Caroline C. Browne - Managing Director - HRP Group

Caroline holds a B.A. (Hons) in Mental Science (1994) through Trinity College, Dublin and a  M.B.S. (Hons) in Business Strategy and Human Resources Management (1998) through University College Dublin. She is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (1998) and is an   Associate member of Irish Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors, 2006 (IMCA). She was nominated in 1998 by Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to represent employers as an “assessor” on the Social Welfare Appeals Board. She is an active member of UCD and Trinity Business Alumni. Caroline has been a practicing HR professional for over 16 years. She has worked as HR Generalist within the financial services sector and held the position of Employee Relations Executive with the Irish Business & Employers Confederation (IBEC) for over 6 years. She held the position as Head of Human Resources with a leading global property investment Firm, for over 7 years.

Leisa Browne – Director

Leisa is a specialist Recruitment Manager in the ICT/MIS space, primarily focused on Executive Search.  Her particular area of expertise is resourcing within the ICT/MIS space, which is a much specialised discipline. She has developed unrivalled contacts who are officially “off market” but seek excellent career opportunities.  She has 10 years expertise as a recruitment manager in this area in HRP and Hudson Global Resources. She is one of the founding members of HRP. She is a graduate of NCAD.

Eyleen De Brun - Director

With a background in consultative management Eyleen has gained a breadth of experience with leading Irish/Global organisations. She brings a broad range of experience to her role as Director Founder of the HRP Group in 2004.  An occupational psychologist she has held many senior level positions with a list of leading companies including A.I.B, Irish Management Institute, PARC and Dublin Business School. Skilled in bringing diverse groups towards a single objective and her commitment to developing long-term relationships with her clients is a virtual precursor of CRM and is evidenced by her clients continuous repeat business.
