Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is designed to address the end-to-end process of a company’s recruitment needs. Recent CIPD statistics indicate the average cost of hiring a new employee is c. €6,000. For a company with 250 staff, with an average staff turnover of 10%, this equates to an average yearly spend of €150,000 just to stand still! This does not reflect the time spend on dealing with agencies, reviewing numerous CV’s, dealing with advertising, arranging/holding interviews etc. With RPO the savings would equate to a 60% Reduction on the average recruitment fee.

Our Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) allows a company to outsource part or all of its recruitment requirements to our professional HR staff. We offer a full suite of services dedicated to helping our clients achieve efficient resourcing capabilities through:

  • Design/implement/manage your entire resourcing programme
  • Provide off or on-site specialists depending on requirements and number of staff required
  • Create bespoke resourcing strategies
  • Design Induction programmes for new starters where required
  • Create assessment/interview profiles
  • Develop metric reporting measurables for recruiting goals
  • Reduce cost per hire
  • Reduce time to hire
  • Efficiency and consistency of processes
  • Best Practice (i.e. legislative compliance )
  • Reduce Employer overheads

Our specialist resourcing team focuses on the specific resourcing needs, freeing management to focus on business strategy. The RPO Process works within the HR Department. The process works just the same as Contingency Recruitment with us providing a short-list to HR of suitable candidates for a vacancy – or we can work on-site with the HR Manager during the interview process.

Cost of RPO

The cost of an RPO is based on an agreed annual flat fee (ex VAT), dependant on the approximate number of hires per annum.

Example Costings:

For example depending on the number of hires in a year the client pays a flat fee.  This would equate to a total agreed outlay. This can be paid in monthly instalments to assist cash flow. By using R.P.O. to resource for staff which represents a significant saving of at least 60%. The fee will be negotiated at the start of a 12 / 18 month contract based on the expected number of hires in that period. Larger hiring numbers will attract even greater savings.
